    Any personal data is stored by us only for a specific purpose, and only for a period defined by the user. Data are exclusively collected for the administration of your luckycloud account.

  • Own servers, no data processing in other countries:

    The luckycloud server infrastructure is completely owned by luckycloud GmbH. Our infrastructure is created, managed, and maintained by us in its entirety. No other companies get access to the luckycloud infrastructure or your data.

  • Data processing in accordance with EU-GDPR and German FDPA (new) 2018:

    luckycloud provides you with an individual processing commission agreement (PCA), technical and organizational measures for data protection (TOM), and a record of processing activities.
